You all know how much I love Ina Garten, This is one of her really good bread recipes. Great for breakfast but even good as a sweet treat. It reminds me of sweet cornbread which of course, being a southern girl, really brings back memories. But it has a smoother texture than cornbread and it is somewhat sweet like a muffin. You won't be disappointed. They are really good.
