Dump cake reminds me of the Upside Down Pineapple cake I use to bake for my husband. The ingredients are the same, though I would arrange the pineapple slices on the bottom on the greased and floured cake pan. Adding maraschino cherries in each of the pineapple rings. The cake mix is mixed according to the instructions on the yellow cake mix box, along with the addition of walnuts. Once cooked, and the cake is somewhat cooled, turn the pan over on a cookie sheet and let the cake fall out. But be careful.
