I love citrus and orange flavored anything. I have made some really good orange cookies and love them. They are a favorite of my husbands. But I found this recipe for mandarin Orange Cake. Oh my goodness does it look fantastic. Includes pineapple. How can you go wrong with that. I know my husband will love it too. May become a new favorite.
