We love the green bean casserole with French's Fried Onions baked and crispy on top - don't you? I didn't use the whole can of fried onions for Thanksgiving dinner so I decided to give the recipe on the back of the can for French's Crunchy Onion Chicken a try. I'm sure glad I did, it was one of the best baked chicken recipes we have had in a while. To top off the dinner we had sour cream mashed potatoes and succotash...heavenly! Give this recipe a try, let me know what you think.

Ingredients
2 cups French's Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions
2 tablespoons flour
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten

Crush the fried onions with flour in a plastic bag. Dip chicken breast into egg, then coat in onion crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes until cooked through.

What are you having for dinner tonight?

This chicken turned out excellent. Cannot wait to get another can of fried onions so we can make these again!
