My brother-in-law lives and works in Bermuda (tiny island at only 21 square miles). How cool is that?! On a recent visit he brought a four-pack of the most awesome sauces created and bottled in Bermuda. He must have known "some like it hot" because these sauces pack a powerful, spicy punch. Delicious as they are just sprinkled on eggs, in a Bloody Mary or on a smoked turkey sandwich, once you taste these sauces you start dreaming up ways to use them in any of your recipes. I've enjoyed adding the Sherry Peppers Sauce to my homemade Beef Stew and the Full Mustard Sauce adds a very special touch to our barbecued salmon steaks.
Outerbridge's Original Cookbook has recipes to tickle any palate. I've found we like to kick the sauce up a notch or two in our house. This is our favorite recipe that combines onions and Sherry Peppers Sauce. We are now eking out every last drop, hoping for a visit really soon with another 4-pack of the sauces in hand :)
