Pecan Sandies is a cookie from my childhood. I used to get Mom to buy the Keebler bag of Sandies and they were all for me. I loved them. I took them to school, for afternoon snack, for after dinner dessert. I loved them. Interestingly enough, I have never made them. I only ever bought them.

Well here is a recipe that actually gives you two choices. I love making cookies from Cake mix, which is the second choice. But the actually from scratch recipe is delicious. And not difficult at all. Definitely one to be added to your recipe box.
