I first saw this on the Oprah Favorite Things Show for 2010. Once a year, except this year when she did it twice, Oprah picks out the coolest things that she really loves and shares them with her hand picked audiences. This Brownie Edge Pan was among her favorites!I love Chocolate Brownies. But I have never cared for the brownie in the middle of the pan. It is flat and there isn't any crunch to it.
