My sister in law had gastric bypass in 2003 and she has lost all her weight and kept it off. One of her keys to success was transforming all the family recipes in the "legal" foods for gastric bypass people. She did this by using Splenda. She has done a remarkable job especially with the sweet treats. This is a sugar free recipe for Buttercream frosting. She says this is the way they used to do this recipe back in the day with the flour addition. Really yummy, I'm telling you.
