I've never heard of, nor have I tried fried apples. Chef Jason Hill gives us a simple to follow recipe that includes a sweet dipping sauce!

This is what you will need for the dipping sauce and the fried apples...
1/4 cup whipped cream cheese
1/4 cup marshmallow cream
dash of pumpkin pie spice
one apple
1/2 cup corn starch
oil for frying
