Often when we are told we cannot do this, or we cannot have that, we ended up wanting to do it more or having more of it. When I am told such things, once I allow my mind to settle and calm down, I come up with some creative ideas especially about cooking.

Coming up with low sodium, no sodium food is very time consuming, but it is also very rewarding once you are able to have the things that
