Healthy Recipes involve what? Low or No Sodium ingredients, cooking with little or no oil and when you do use oil only using olive or canola oil? Believe it or not, you can still have foods you love like Pizza, Calzones and even Desert Pizzas just by altering your recipes.

I wrote a Part-2 article for Simple Dinners for Two and included a recipe for a Pizza Dough that can be used for different items. It is just a matter of changing a few ingredients, adding a few ingredients and allowing your imagination to take you away. Cooking easy, quick meals for two is not hard to do at all.

Italian recipes and Italian cooking can get pretty heavy in calories, cholesterol intake and not be real good health wise for you. But with a little creativity and altering recipes, you can still have the wonderful Italian foods you love. Just remember even though they will be healthier; you will still have to eat them in moderation.

Did you freeze any of the meatballs that I gave the recipe for in Part One of this article? If you did, you may want to thaw a container because we are going to make meatball calzones. I have even made Vegetarian Calzones before which were fantastic! If you have any leftover they freeze great and make for a fast great lunch or dinner. Enjoy
