This is so easy to do and the shaking required gives you a bit of exercise before you sit down to enjoy this homemade ice cream treat!

You will need:
Two resealable plastic bags - one gallon sized and one quart sized
1/2 cup reduced fat or whole milk
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or one tablespoon cocoa powder
2 trays of ice cubes

Don't you just love ice cream, and butter pecan is a favorite in my house. This is such an easy but delicious recipe. You make it and leaving it in the bowl put in in your freezer and you have ice cream! I am wondering if you reduce the amount of the ingredients if it couldn't be changed to work with an ice cream maker. Either way it is amazing.
