Measure out 1/2 cup portions of prepared macaroni and cheese and shape into balls. Roll balls in milk and then into plain or Italian seasoned bread crumbs. In hot vegetable oil (350 to 375°) fry the macaroni and cheese balls until golden brown, approximately 2 minutes. Set on plate lined with paper towels to drain. Serve hot or at room temperature - my 20 something boys love to dip the balls into ranch dressing. To keep hot you can place the prepared macaroni and cheese balls on a baking sheet in a low oven (150 to 170°).
