I make a wonderful peach cobbler, but it is a very large cobbler that takes a long time to get it eaten now that there is only my husband and I to eat it. Well this cobbler by Paula Deen is smaller and just as delicious. My idea of a good cobbler is the crust. It has to be soft with just enough crust to it. This one is very good and a size my husband and I can handle. Yummm!
