These pork chops are absolutely amazing! My entire family can't get enough when I bake these lovely chops! I double the sauce so that there is plenty left to spoon over the chops once they're on the plate. I've also made them without the lemon juice because I was out and they tasted about the same - they turn out moist and perfect every time! They taste great when paired with just about any veggie and either mashed potatoes or rice!
