I have had stuffed peppers, stuffed tomatoes, stuffed meat, stuffed potatoes, but I have never had a stuffed onion before. This stuffed onion recipes looks very tasty. I am keeping it in my favorites for unique.

I love cooked onions but have never heard of stuffed onions. This recipe sounds amazing and I'm sure it would work with other types of onions as well as different 'stuffings'. This recipe has many creative possibilities!
