	<description><![CDATA[Ingredients<br />chicken – 1 kg<br />coriander powder -  2tbsp<br />chilly powder -2tsp<br />turmeric powder -1/4 tsp<br />pepper powder – ¼ tsp<br />cinnamon -1piece<br />cloves -6 no                                     <br />cardamom – 4<br />coconut oil -1/4 cup<br />onion -1/2 cup (sliced)<br />ginger -2 tsp (sliced)<br />garlic – 2 tsp (sliced)<br />green chilly – 6 slit<br />vinegar -2 tbsp<br />salt to taste<br />thick coconut milk – 1 cup<br />2nd coconut milk – 3 cups<br />potato – 4 cut into 4 pieces<br />oil – 1tbsp<br /><br />ghee- 1 tsp<br />mustard – 1 tsp<br />shallots – 2 tbsp<br />curry leaves -2 sprigs<br />Method<br />1. Grind coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder,<br />Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom to a fine paste.<br />2. Heat  ¼ cup oil in a pan add onion, ginger and garlic. Saute till light brown add the grind masala paste sauté for 2 mins .<br />3. Add the chicken pieces, vinegar, salt 2nd coconut milk potato. Cover and cook  till done .Add thick coconut milk and remove from fire.<br />4. Heat ghee in a frying pan add mustard ,shallots and curry leaves sauté. Add this to curry and mix well.<br /><br /> ]]></description>

For fried prawns I used chilly powder, turmeric powder,  pepper powder ginger garlic paste and lime juice.<br /><br /><br />Fried Prawns<br />You will need	<br />•	1/2kg Prawns (shelled and deveined)<br />•	11/2tbsp Chilly powder<br />•	3/4tsp Turmeric powder<br />•	1/2tbsp Pepper powder<br />•	1tbsp Ginger garlic paste<br />•	1tbsp Lime juice<br />•	3/4cup Oil <br />•	2sprigs curry leaves<br />•	to taste salt	<br />1. Marinate prawns with lime juice, chilly powder, turmeric powder , pepper  powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.<br />2.  Keep marinated prawns aside for 15 minutes.<br />3.
