This is such a wonderful way to use those wonderfully delicious sweet tomatoes from the garden. And my favorite fruit of watermelon mixed with tomatoes is too good to be true, And the vinaigrette is so yummy. you could also use sweet basal in place of the tarragon. Just a great summer salad!
