This is a Martha Stewart recipe that has been made over by the people at WebMD.com. They have turned a sugar laden and full of fat recipe into a dieters and heath nut's dream. The only thing I can say to improve the recipe is that it wasn't quite sweet enough for me, so I added a little Splenda and it was fantastic.
