Salmon season is just around the corner here in the Pacific NW, I have my fishing gear ready to go. What we don't smoke will be grilled well into the winter. So far my favorite way to barbecue salmon fillets is on a cedar plank. By grilling this way it keeps the fish moist and very tender.
