Admittedly I'm not a huge fan of tofu, although this recipe for Tofu Quiche certainly has me intrigued. Yes I'd even venture to say that because of the mix of delicious ingredients in this vegan main dish this is one that I'd really like to try out. There are two things I'd add because they are my faves in an egg quiche that I make...stone ground brown mustard and a couple of dashes of nutmeg. Do you have any more ideas?
