Hummus happens to be one of my favorite foods. Absolutely yummy and flavorful! A little bit goes a long way and used in lieu of mayonnaise hummus packs a powerful punch. Enjoy my skinny (low fat) recipe.

In a blender:
- add a 15 oz can of garbanzo beans (chick peas) (drained and rinsed)
- juice from 1 large or 2 small lemons (about 1/8 to 1/4 cup if using bottled)
- grated peel
