Now this is not something I have ever wanted to try - I just may have to give it a shot in a recipe sometime. One thing I will never eat though is a Tofurkey :(

Tofurkey does sound bad. I never enjoy artificial flavors added to tofu. Just does not sound or taste right. Mock duck and mock chicken, although made of tofu, imitates the taste of the meat. Just not right. Tofu tastes great by itself - the real tofu taste.
